Kathleen McCullogh Eure, 58 of Raleigh, NC was called to be with her friend Jesus and passed away March 11, 2015. She fought a good fight, finished the race and kept the faith.

Kathleen is survived by her husband Harvey P. Eure to whom she was married 29 years and three daughters, Megan E. Eure of Raleigh, Kristen E. Preissner and husband Shawn Preissner of Morrisville and Jennifer L. Eure of Raleigh; brother Kevin P. McCullogh and wife Aileen McCullogh of Monaca, PA; nephew Andrew McCullogh and niece Katie McCullogh; and sister Patricia M....

Kathleen is survived by her husband Harvey P. Eure to whom she was married 29 years and three daughters, Megan E. Eure of Raleigh, Kristen E. Preissner and husband Shawn Preissner of Morrisville and Jennifer L. Eure of Raleigh; brother Kevin P. McCullogh and wife Aileen McCullogh of Monaca, PA; nephew Andrew McCullogh and niece Katie McCullogh; and sister Patricia M. Christian and husband Philip Christian of Cumming, GA; niece Brittany Christian and nephew Philip Christian. She is the daughter of Joan Bishop McCullogh of Alpharetta, GA. She was preceded in death by her father, Patrick F. McCullogh and brother Michael F. McCullogh.

Kathleen was born in Brooklyn, NY. She is a 1975 graduate of Charleroi High School, Charleroi, PA and 1979 graduate of Waynesburg University, Waynesburg, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Kathleen enjoyed her career with Golden Living for 33 years. She enjoyed being a youth leader at Asbury United Methodist Church and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and NC State sports fan.

A Celebration of Kathy Eure memorial service will be held Saturday, March 14 at 2:00 PM at Asbury United Methodist Church, 6612 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh, NC. The family will receive friends after the Memorial Service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asbury Community Garden Fund, Asbury United Methodist Church, 6612 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh, NC 27613 to provide food for the local food shelters or the Sous Raille Haiti Fund, Asbury United Methodist Church, 6612 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh, NC 27613.
